How Does Booking an event Work?
Very easy, share your event idea, and we coordinate a selection of local trucks that best fit your event. Once you choose your favorite, we issue a firm contract, handle the deposit, and lock in your date. From there, we manage the logistics until the last guest is served.
How far in advance should I book an event?
To ensure the widest selection of menus, we recommend 4–8 weeks. However, we thrive on making things happen—if you have a last-minute milestone, reach out and we’ll check local availability immediately.
Are bookings Guaranteed once I sign?
Yes. We use professional, rigid contracts to protect our clients. Unlike booking a truck directly (where «no-shows» can happen), our agency model ensures that once you are on our calendar, your event is a priority. We provide the certainty you need for a stress-free day.
What is included on the quote?
We provide «all-in» pricing. This covers the curated menu, staffing, travel, and high-quality eco-friendly disposables. We don’t believe in hidden service fees; what you see in the proposal is what you pay, simple, easy and clear.
Can you accomodate special menus?
We offer clear labeling and specific menu options for GF, Vegan, Nut-Free, and more. Just let us know your requirements during the planning phase.
Do you handle permits and insurance?
We handle the heavy lifting. Every partner truck is fully licensed and carries professional insurance which we provide to your venue. We make sure every rig is 100% compliant with local health departments.
How fast can serve my guest?
Nobody likes a long line. Most of our trucks serve between 40–60 guests per hour it depends on the menu. For larger crowds, we scale by adding additional trucks or optimizing the menu to ensure service is swift and smooth.
Is there a minimum guest spend or count?
We cater to everything from intimate garden parties to massive corporate campuses. While individual trucks have different minimums, we work with you to find a culinary partner that fits both your headcount and your budget.
What does my venue need to provide?
Very little! A legal, flat parking spot (roughly 30-40ft) and safe clearance for the truck is all we usually need. Most rigs are self-contained for power and water, though we’ll confirm specific needs during booking.
What happens if it rains?
The party goes on! Our trucks are designed to serve in various conditions. We recommend having a «Plan B» indoor space or tenting for your guests to enjoy their food, but the kitchen stays open rain or shine.
What happens if I cancel an event?
You need to let us know at least one week before the event, your deposit will be keeped by us, perhaps if you have a balance at your favor, you can use it to schedule a new date for your event.
Can I book multiple trucks with different cuisines?
Yes. of course, You can have Tacos alongside Sushi and Sandwiches—all managed through one point of contact, one contract, and one invoice.
